By renting a court at Arenas Sports Center, you and all participants associated with your reservation agree to the following:

You will follow all facility rules, posted guidelines, and any instructions given by Arenas Sports Center staff.
Profanity, physical confrontations, or any form of intimidation are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the facility.
You are responsible for showing up on time for your reservation. Arriving late or staying past your reserved time is not allowed and may incur additional fees.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for any damage to the facility caused by you or your group during your rental.
You accept full responsibility for any personal injury to yourself or other participants and release Arenas Sports Center from any liability related to injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the facility.

Al rentar una cancha en Arenas Sports Center, usted y todos los participantes asociados a su reserva aceptan lo siguiente:

Seguir todas las reglas del centro, las pautas publicadas y cualquier instrucción dada por el personal de Arenas Sports Center.
Queda estrictamente prohibido el uso de lenguaje ofensivo, confrontaciones físicas o cualquier forma de intimidación; estas acciones pueden resultar en la expulsión inmediata del centro.
Usted es responsable de llegar puntualmente a su reserva. Llegar tarde o permanecer más tiempo del reservado no está permitido y puede generar cargos adicionales.
Reconoce que es responsable por cualquier daño a las instalaciones causado por usted o su grupo durante la renta.
Acepta la plena responsabilidad por cualquier lesión personal suya o de otros participantes y libera a Arenas Sports Center de cualquier responsabilidad relacionada con lesiones, pérdidas o daños derivados del uso de las instalaciones.
